Sound the Alarm is established as a private, not-for-profit, Washington corporation, qualifying as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
The Executive Board is comprised primarily of regional Sound the Alarm pastors from across the State of Washington, and business and professional Christian lay leaders.
